  • I had the most wonderful weekend. Two really great yoga teachers providing a mixture of yoga practice as well as daily sound baths. This truly was a special combination. Beyond the practices there were options to wild swim, indoor swim, sheep herd, walk, read, chat, learn, have a massage or book a slot at the sauna. So in essence, this was not a standard yoga retreat, it was so much more! The site was a beautiful eco glampsite, which allowed for a real connection to nature. Bluebells in the woods, closeness to farm life, fire pits and an outdoor shower (as well as enclosed ones). It was a chance to disconnect from city life and to really feel my feet on the earth. Then there was the food. Provided by our very own retreat chef, we ate delicious meals three times a day. Each meal being carefully thought out and a plate of love every time. A very special weekend indeed.

‘Annabelle is a fantastic yoga instructor. I have thoroughly enjoyed the prenatal yoga after joining quite late in my pregnancy. I’ve been made to feel so welcome and each session has been tailored to all of our individual needs. Baby was still breech at 35 weeks and Annabelle gave some very valuable advice on what might help encourage them to turn. We did some of the yoga poses that were suggested in the class and a couple of days later the baby had turned to being head down!!
