  • I offer a variety of styles in my public classes, encompassing both the Yang and Yin energies. Classes are generally based in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Restorative, as well as Prenatal, Postnatal, Baby yoga & massage. Classes are offered in person and online.

  • From 1:1 sessions to small group sessions. We can work to deepen your knowledge and personal practice with a class designed specifically for you.

  • Improve your employees workplace experience by enhancing their mental and physical wellbeing. Empower them with tools to help calm the mind, find presence and relieve tension; improving stress management and productivity.

  • From extended practices, focusing on a specific area of your practice or developing a new skill; to a pre-wedding mindful practice to set you up for your big day or adding a sprinkle of wellness to a birthday party or hen weekend.
